Does anyone have firmware with MiniTV support and could upload?
I've just bought geekbox with this display but unfortunately link from old forum is dead..

in that case you'd rather use the current arm ubuntu-base image on step 7, consider this one

cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-base/releases/16.04.3/release/ubuntu-base-16.04-core-arm64.tar.gz
